"My son Thomas and a little girl Shania he met at Ronald McDonald House in Dallas. At the end of a day of playing he gave her a seed of happiness. She started crying and hugged the stuffing out of him and told him he was so sweet. Made his big ol' dad cry too. SOH is such a great idea!"

"I found out earlier today my friends mom was in the hospital. I had one of my favorite seeds in my pocket that I've carried around for about 4 months. I knew she needed the smile so much more than I did, so I gave my purple seed to her. The look on her face was so rewarding, she hugged me and started to cry because it brought a smile to her face. She said to me that she was going to immediately take it to her mom because it just so happened to be her moms favorite color.

It gave me chills to think that I helped someone that much. I Just wanted to thank you and the team! I really know how much it makes a difference in peoples lives. I'm happy, and proud to share and live in every minute of it."

"I received a bag of seeds on the 1 month anniversary of my 16-month old son's unexpected death. It was time for my family to plant some seeds of love and happiness. And I've been sharing them with my supporters...to their delight. I hope you realize the hope and smiles you are spreading. I will be getting more seeds to share as I stare at the little green one that reminds me of my son's green froggy blanket. Awesome."

"I gave all my TOPS (take off pounds sensibly) a seed for Christmas & said use it or pass it on to someone who could use a smile. Little did I know I would be getting a few given back to me this week. I have one in my right pocket as I type this - I need all the help I can get to overcome this despair & grief over my husbands death. Your little idea has gone a long way!"

"By accident or design, my best friend and I are at Soulard Market the Saturday after my beloved mother passed away in our arms. We found the Seeds of Happiness tent, and I was a bit weepy when I read the story of Mark giving smiles to those in need of them. When I told him why I needed one, he told me to pick one from the bowl. I couldn't choose one, so I asked my BFF to pick. She found the perfect seed, and Mark, standing by my side, said "that's Northern Lights". He could not have known that there is a very important Northern Lights story in my life. While I wept, I was also comforted that my mom made a point of touching me and planting the seed of happiness that will grow again in time. What a great gift you are giving people!"

"You are correct, I did place only one order. But you can't believe how thrilled that I was when I opened my mail box and the smiles were already here. I have a friend fighting cancer-so I went to her as soon as I opened the box and gave her one of your wonderful smiles(she cried, but put it in her pocket)she says she will always keep it with her. I made several other SMILE deliveries last night-1 to a dear friend who is really upset about losing several head of livestock, and 3 more friends who just feel down on their luck right now. I plan on giving them to my kids and grandkids also. I lost my husband a year ago in Sept. at the age of 63-so these little smiles really make me smile too. It makes me feel wonderful to give these away to other people in my life. Thank you so much for wonderful little smiles, I will continue to smile because of your smiles. You will be getting more orders from me (I promise)."

"I am in the midst of some radiation treatments right now, and random friends keep giving me seeds. I love adding to my collection. I hold one in my hand during the procedure. . .like a talisman. There is a good outcome to all of this, but it is a pain in the neck. Thanks for spreading the happiness. I need it."

"...The seed that she gave me was, for me, the representation and embodiment of the soul and spirit of love that I now hold dearest to my heart. And always will Best regards."

"Sometimes you just are at the right place at the right time to meet someone that affects your life and reminds you to always be a better person. As a car full of us girls were headed to The Rafting Company for a girl's weekend float trip, we had to make a pit stop at a gas station near Herculaneum, MO. Everyone headed to the restroom except me; I went to get tea. I went to the checkout and was digging for 2 cents. A guy was waiting behind me and I turned to tell him I was sorry for taking so long. He reached in his pocket and pulled out a handful of change and the most peculiar stone. Of course, never being at a loss for words (just ask anyone that knows me) I asked him why he had a rock in his pocket. He told me it was his seed of happiness... skeptical? for sure! He said it was like his worry stone. He then proceeded to tell me about them and told me to come to his car and he would give me one. My friends were flipping out when I told them I was going to this stranger's car..but I went anyway. He showed me a bag of them and started to tell me the story about his son, Dawson. I gave him a hug when my friends were coming to the car. He gave each one of us a seed of happiness and he told us to be careful. When we got to our car, I told my friends about his son. This chance meeting was a giant comfort to my friend, Heather, who also had lost a daughter at a young age to a tragic illness. I then read the card to them. We treasure our seeds of happiness and feel compelled to tell everyone we meet about them. Of course the rest of the group we met up with were fascinated by them too. I am placing my order today for more to put smiles on the faces of many. Thank you for the inspiration to be the best I can be. I live daily by the Proverbs verse...Your own soul is nourished when you are kind. Leftover lumps of clay........more like giant doses of inspiration and comfort. Thank you and we Love them!!! Just look at what you started!!!!"

I thought you'd enjoy this ~ our soon to be 7 year old grandson called last night and asked if there was any way we could buy him some Seeds of Happiness for his birthday, that's all he wants for his birthday. He said he knew they were expensive but he really would like to have them for his birthday.Tonight, Wyatt called back & asked if we had checked out the website, when Grampy told him we had ordered them, Wyatt almost cried he was so happy. This is all he wants for his birthday, now his mother is wondering why she spent the money on an i-pad when all she had to do was order her son some Seeds of Happiness. :) I am sure we will be making many more purchases for Wyatt in the months to come but I thought you might enjoy Wyatt's Story! Thanks for making us the Favorite Grandparents for the moment!
