I would always be pleasantly surprised when seeds of happiness were given out at events at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. It wasn't often enough for them to become boring (I mean, could they ever be boring?) but also often enough for me to grow my little collections.

Now I live in Oregon, working at a new university. I still have my seed collection, still front and center at my desk, still smiling at me no matter how the day is going. I've decided to share the joy with my new office. I can't wait for my new order to seeds to arrive so I can spread the smiles!
