"I bought my first set of 10 seeds, the first seed I gave away was to Linda. She works at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital and she interviewed me for a position as a Health Unit Coordinator. My first interview in over 10 years. I packed a bright yellow seed in my purse and decided I would give it to her when we finished the interview and said goodbye. You should have seen her face when I plopped that little glob of bright yellow clay in her hand!! She was so surprised and happy at the same time. When I contacted her a few days later to thank her for interviewing me she told me that "i made her day." It made a big impression on her. No one had done anything like that before.
It looks like I will be receiving a phone call from their HR department by the end of the week to offer me the position!! I will work in the waiting room at Presbyterian Hospital and be the go between the doctors/nurses and the families. This is a level 1 hospital so they receive trauma cases all day long. I will be with those families as their loved one is in surgery. This is also the waiting room for people who have scheduled surgeries, transplants and major heart surgery.
Can you imagine how many seeds I will need???? Do you know what an impact your little seeds are going to have????
Linda loved the seed so much I decided to order her a whole bag of her own. Seeds she can now give to people she meets through out her day. I'm so excited!!
Thank You!"
