We sell scrubs to medical professionals — nurses, CNAs, and more. Occasionally, a customer walks in after a really tough day, sometimes on the verge of tears. Given the demands of their work, that's completely understandable.

When that happens, we offer them a Seed of Happiness with a card — a small gesture to let them know things will be okay and that we care. It often brings more tears, but they always leave feeling a little better.
